That's all about me :)

When I’m not designing or running, I’m usually sketching. Back in school, I also got into music. Art and music are still my go-to ways to unwind.

Besides design, I spent a huge part of my college years in Athletics. I ran middle-distance, mainly the 800m and 1500m. In the Inter IIT Sports Meet 2024 and 25, finished 8th in the 800m across all 23 IITs in India, which was a big milestone for me. I later became the Joint-Secretary of the team, leading a 30-member contingent into the Inter IIT. Running taught me a lot that doesn’t fit into a resume: discipline, teamwork, persistence, and how to stay calm when things get uncomfortable.

Design wasn’t always the plan. In my first year, I participated in a hackathon (Syntax Error) with a couple of friends, and we ended up winning a special mention in the design track. That moment pulled me into the world of UI, UX, and visual storytelling.

The beauty of IITR

I’m drawn to design problems that start vague and messy. I enjoy breaking down ambiguity, asking the right questions, and shaping clarity through structure, logic, and visuals. My approach blends analytical thinking from my engineering background with an eye for craft, focusing not just on how things look, but on how and why they work.

Hey, I’m Ayush Dhibar an engineer from IIT Roorkee who turned into a designer. I work across product and visual design, with 3+ years of experience, and have had the opportunity to design for companies like Swiggy and others.

Let me take you through my personal space.
