


Introduction
When I joined Swiggy’s CEO Office team as a product design intern, I had an wonderful opportunity to work on some interesting problems. One such problem was to improve the efficiency of the workflow of the Sales Team of Swiggy Dineout.

The Core Users of this product would be the Account Managers (AMs) of the restaurant partners (Rx)

The solution was building a unified, intuitive mobile app that empowers Dineout sales teams to focus on impactful work—closing more leads, running better campaigns, and seeing their progress live.
